These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") of the BTC Price Prediction Campaign ("BTC Price Campaign") are between You ("user" or "you" or "your") and AAX Limited (together "AAX" or "we" or "our").
  1. You declare that you are at least 18 years old and are an individual with full legal capacity and if you are participating on behalf of an entity that you have the necessary capacity and authority to agree to the Terms of the BTC Price Campaign.
  2. You agree to register as a user on www.aax.com and associated websites, our application(s), our mobile application(s), our application interfaces ("APIs"), our notifications and any information or content appearing therein ("Platform") and successfully complete KYC Level 1 identity verification in accordance with the AAX Terms of Use.
  3. The promotion period of the BTC Price Campaign is from 15 March 2021 - 20 April 2021 ("Promotion Period").
  4. You must complete KYC verification at Level 1 before 20 April 2021 (UTC) in order to participate in the BTC Price Campaign.
  5. You are allowed to submit your estimated bitcoin price for an unlimited number of times before 18 April 2021, 00:00 AM (UTC) while only the last eligible submission will be counted for the BTC Price Campaign.
  6. The bitcoin price on 20 April 2021, 00:00 AM (UTC) is determined on the basis of AAX’s composite index price and will be announced by AAX on the same day. The exact bitcoin price is subject to AAX’s final decision.
  7. The top 20 participants who have submitted their price estimate are those whose final estimates are closest to the Bitcoin price announced. They will be rewarded according to the above table. For participants who have submitted the exact same price, the earlier submission will be given a higher ranking.
  8. The winner list will be announced within three working days after the campaign period.
  9. The rewards will be distributed to winners’ AAX accounts within five working days after the campaign period.
  10. In the event of any malicious trading activities, market manipulation or wash trades that are detected in relation to a user account, AAX reserves the right to recover and deduct the BTC Price Campaign rewards from the Client Account where the BTC Price Campaign rewards were credited or from any beneficiary account which AAX, at its sole discretion, determines to be implicated.
  11. AAX reserves the right to vary, extend, terminate and/or cancel this campaign or amend these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice. In the event that you have concerns or complaints, you may contact Customer Support. AAX’s decision in relation to any disputes raised by you shall be final.
  12. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
